Customer Relationship Manager

The role of the Customer Relationship Manager is to manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and client retention. The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for:

  • Developing & maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Resolving disputes and providing solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Preparing all needed resources for clients’ onboarding process, including working on marketing material that will be sent to clients
  • Preparing reports on account status
  • Meeting targets and performing regular tasks with professionalism and motivation
  • Upselling or cross-selling products and services from our portfolio to existing clients
  • Collaborating with sales team to identify new sales and growth opportunities
  • Actively monitoring clients’ needs and offering help
  • Being available to clients via email, phone/Skype during their working hours



  • Proven work experience as Account Manager, KAM (Key Account Manager) or another relevant role
  • University degree in Economics or Business administration
  • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent English skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office package
  • High customer orientation and quality thinking
  • Eagerness to work, resilience and confident manner
  • Must be highly self-motivated and reliable

Considered a plus

  • Experience in software sales
  • Fluency in other foreign languages would be advantageous
