Online Sales Representative

The role of the Online Sales Representative is to sell our marketing and telecom software products to an international audience of telecom and marketing professionals. The Online Sales Representative is responsible for:

  • Making online demonstrations (web demos) of our marketing and telecom software products in English language
  • Presenting remotely our award-winning software products to our clients and prospects
  • Working in partnership with our Field Sales Representatives and Business Developers on all sales opportunities
  • Daily communication with our international customers in written and spoken English
  • Managing sales leads collected on our websites and conferences
  • Managing quote requests, writing offers and following up the sales process
  • Create PowerPoint presentations needed to accelerate the sales process
  • Providing customers with professional sales support via email, Skype and phone
  • Prospecting for new potential clients worldwide
  • Forecasting and managing the sales funnel using the “Pipedrive” software
  • Strengthening client relationships through regular engagement
  • Meeting the given sales targets



  • University degree in Economics or Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Several years of practical experience in direct sales of software, web services or electronic goods
  • Excellent English skills – both written and verbal
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong and trustful working relationships
  • Must be highly self-motivated and reliable
  • Organizational skills are a MUST-HAVE: ability to manage a large volume of sales opportunities in parallel
  • Proficient user of MS Office package, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High customer orientation, quality thinking and abstraction ability
  • Independent, goal-oriented and meticulous
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, eagerness to work, resilience and confident manner
  • Affinity and interest in digital media, such as the Internet and mobile communications

Considered a plus

  • Fluency in other foreign languages would be advantageous
